Bow & Spark Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Bow & Spark pieces.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Each item is eligible for one return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we’ll take care of it.

All returns and exchanges must be approved before sending items back. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration may not be accepted.

Bow & Spark Shipping Information

We’re excited to get your Bow & Spark order on its way!

Standard shipping is available for all U.S. and Canadian orders, with delivery typically taking 10–20 days from the order date. Most orders arrive well within this timeframe.

Some items may offer an expedited shipping option at checkout for an additional cost (U.S. only). If available, you’ll be able to select this upgrade before completing your purchase.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number sent to the email address provided at checkout so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

International orders may take up to 30 days to arrive, depending on destination and customs processing.
